We offer room and board in Executive style and Dorm style rooms. 

The property located 1.5km down Sultan Industrial Rd on a very quiet and private lot beside Lake Azure.

Dorm rooms are all completely renovated and offer a queen size bed, desk, mini fridge and television in each room.  Washrooms in the dorm are shared and located in the center of the hallway.  Each wing has it's own sink room, toilet room and shower room. 

Dorm building also has a recreation area with a pool table, television, couch, weight bench and card table.

Executive rooms offer an extra large single bed, desk, mini fridge, television as well as a private full 3 piece washroom
